November 30 – December 3, 2017
Kawai Purapura, Auckland, NZ
Ready to experience profound connection and genuine intimacy in relationship of all kinds?
Join Ben Ralston & Kara-Leah Grant at Kawai Purapura for a yoga-inspired journey into the heart of relationship.
Start each day with a guided open-eyed meditation practice led by Ben.
Following breakfast, we will sit in circle and excavate that which blocks intimacy; learn the tools with which authentic intimacy can be cultivated (spoiler alert: the tools are unconditional love, and radical honesty); and practice these tools within the circle!
After a delicious and wholesome lunch, we continue to work in circle.
To work in circle means to sit together and share the truth of who we really are.
To take off the masks, finally, and get to the bottom of what this journey of life is really all about.
We share our hearts and souls with each other and always find that actually we are all one and the same – that we share the same dreams, the same needs, and the same desires.
Ben expertly heals whatever trauma comes up, and Kara-Leah holds space and presence with truth and love. The result is nothing short of transformative.
Kara-Leah closes the afternoon with a yoga session designed to leave you feeling grounded, ‘complete’ and relaxed.
Evenings are a time for socialising and vibing with the tribe in organised and casual gatherings.
You will leave this retreat with a new sense of self, heart-centered and empowered, and with a set of practical tools for cultivating intimacy in all your relationships.
Plus you will feel supported and cared for in your post-retreat experience as a Heart of Tribe member.
You’re not just coming on retreat – you’re connecting with a Tribe of people committed to living from truth and love.
